Spring is finally here, and we're focused on providing fresh and comprehensive content over at MacFixIt.com. We've been hard at work reorganizing several aspects of how we create articles, and are finally starting to see the fruits of that labor, with more posts and new features.
One of the things we've been working hard on is finding new ways we can help our readers with our coverage. We've added a new contributor with a great Mac background, including working in Apple's own retail stores, and are very happy to have him on board. We've also started to add to our regular publication schedule, and will start some new items soon. You'll be seeing more articles covering tutorials, tips & tricks, and answers to reader questions in the coming weeks.
We're really making an effort to expand upon this valuable online resource for Mac users, and we feel the best place to start is with the content we provide to you on a daily basis.
So now we're asking: What type of articles would you like to see more of on MacFixIt.com? Let us know in the comments below, or send suggestions directly to the MacFixIt editors here.
Sincerely,
Aaron Smith

Fully being able to use MacFixit Forums would be nice. But I've been waiting since December to be able to search or post in them. My support ticket opened on 12/24/08 is 081224-000141 and I've gotten no actionable help in all this time.
I appreciate that you need to add new information and editors to MacFixit, but I'd like to think that my problems with the MacFixit Forums could get some attention too. Am I selfish? Some may think so but it is a service I'm paying for and I properly reported the issues and have been willing to do whatever I can to resolve this issue.
