I'm sorry to see so many negative comments about Cass Design. I used Cass Design ScreenSavers on a trial basis several years ago. Finally decided to purchase the package of several of the screensavers as a Christmas gift. Put in my order to also obtain a cd in November and paid via Internet, received an acknowledgement from PayPal or whichever pay method they were using with the note that the cd order was submitted to designer, and I would receive registration key from the designer as well. I did receive the cd in a timely fashion but no key. Went round and round ... attempting to contact Cass Design hoping to straighten it out without giving negative feedback to PayPal ... no response .... A month went by. Finally contacted PayPal ... they contacted Cass Design and sent me a copy of their email ... and no response. Finally received a credit from PayPal. By that time I believe we were into a 2nd month. The upshot ... I have a Cass Design cd still sitting in my drawer ... with no registration key. Needless to say, my mother-in-law didn't receive the screensaver as a Christmas gift. While these screensavers are great, the customer service stinks. I would not recommend doing business with Cass Design. [alert admin]
