SweetMail 2.2r6 (Mac OS 9)

Reminiscing...

SweetMail was a very good application. I can still run 2.2r6 on OS X 10.4.11. I wonder if it will still work on Leopard when I upgrade. I wish the developer did not vanish off the face of the Earth. If he is still out there maybe he will release the sources for reference ... maybe a new app could be built from it, or at least someone could maintain the carbon version until Apple stops supporting carbon... Ah well! :) [alert admin]

XMonitor 1.9.4 (Mac OS X)

Not fixed for me...

The .bz2 file decompresses into an empty folder. [alert admin]

BloodRayne 1.0.1b (Mac OS X)

I rather...

...enjoyed it. It is no different from any of the action games out there. I don't find it any less entertaining than alice, for instance. I will say that it is often slow and jerky on my dual 1.25, which I DON'T like. [alert admin]

Path Finder 3.0.1 (Mac OS X)

Apple should take its queue...

...from Path Finder like they did with Watson. I have turned Finder off and replaced it with Path Finder... and will continue to use it when my pre-ordered Panther upgrade arrives in the mail this week. I run PathFinder in my own account. I feel lost when I log into my game account and need to do something; I have to log out and log back into my regular account! Mike [alert admin]

Hmmm... I should add that I am glad Apple did not quite get it right with Watson, or with Finder so the developers can continue to make a living with their excellent products. :)
