EndNote 9.0 (Mac OS X)
The new version (9) looks a bit prettier, but is as unstable and slow as the previous one. I use this software because my university has a site license, so I don't have to pay for it, but I would never buy it. It is feature-rich, but the interface is so un-Macintosh, and the program is so slow and unstable, that using it is nothing but pain. [alert admin]

EndNote by far the ugliest piece of software I have to use on Mac. Unfortunately, there is no alternative to it. [alert admin]

Please ignore my previous comment about Finder labels, they are indeed preserved. Sorry for my mistake and many thanks to the author! [alert admin]

RsyncX 2.0c (Mac OS X)
Works fine for me. Just two notes:
- Panther Finder labels are not rsynced.
- I agree that it would be better to install it as /usr/bin/rsyncx instead of replacing Apple's rsync.

citation preferences, keeps putting reference number instead of accession number. Many other flaws. [alert admin]
