Finally!

I have been waiting years for something that does this. Now I have no excuse to tinker around with an extra linux partition. [alert admin]

AbiWord 2.1.1 (Mac OS X)

Nice

Yes, between gimp and abiword as new updates that work as clickable apps, this is great news! I have tried to open a document and it was not as nice as word, but between this, openoffice and text edit, I dont need to have word. [alert admin]

OmniWeb 5.0 beta 1 (Mac OS X)

Nice!

Wow, talk about adding features but not too bloated. I have been a safari user, but for a beta, it is very tempting to switch! THIS is why using Mac OS X so pleasurable. There are many more features such as ad blocking, animated image playing times, etc. That I try to add as plugins with Safari. loshooligun should stop using crack, your just a little too paranoid. Desktop Manager 0.5.0 (Mac OS X)

Incredible!

I cannot believe there is another use for the cube transition! And this use of the transition is actually useful. Fantastic job. Needs work but is is already in my login items. I like having the choice of having a desktop icon box, or a menubar icon box (to switch desktops). I also like having different windows of like applications (i.e. Finder, Safari) in different desktops, that is essential. I look forward to additional stability. [alert admin]

realThreat 1.0 (Mac OS X)

LMAO

When i saw this, I was about to write a nasty comment that would probably get deleted about "the only threat to this country is the one sitting in the oval office". I see someone beat me to it. It seems that GWB is the least of the worries. [alert admin]

ShapeShifter 1.1 (Mac OS X)

Great...

I own this application because it does a good job of applying themes. IMHO it si worth the 20 bucks. But I wonder about the marketing of this product. From the desc: "We're not talking about just desktop backgrounds and icons here, we're talking about everything" That is, except for desktop and icons. So it really isn't everything. I have to manually change the desktop and icons. Lets just keep the bloated exaggerated "reality distortion field" to a minimum. Its a theme program that drastically changes the look of the GUI. For the average non-themers, wysiwyg. I would like to see my $20 go toward a kaliedescope like configuration that includes the icons and desktop and other UI stuff as CHOICES. [alert admin]

That is for extfs. Mac OS X is not a linux os. AFIK using HFS+ still gets fragmented.
