Apple iPhoto 8.0.3 (Mac OS X)
The following comments are not mine alone. Go to Apple discussions and look up comments on IPhoto 8.03. IPhoto 8.0 and updates is a huge memory hog. My Activity monitor registered in excess of 130 mb. This new version is very slow. Since I only have 512 mb of memory most of the editing features are very slow or don't work at all. I have tried everything, except more memory, and even that might not work. I have explored Apple discussions, called Apple Tech and nothing solves it. I also only have 3,000 picts. Though the face recognition is great, it is not worth it with this slow hog. Save your money and stay with 7.0 and or use Adobe Elements. (only uses 2.5mb of memory) Once you order the software and use it, Apple will not take it back. [alert admin]

What is this junk? Screen is black and will not change color. Cannot see black pieces. No wonder it is free. [alert admin]
