Get surveys on your site without programming 
This app is a great time saver. I also use their Forms To Go. I always wondered how to offer my customers surveys on their web sites without hiring a costly programmer. Not as easy to use as Forms To Go, but also keep in mind that this is a more complex, multi-page script generator and analysis tool. I'm very satisfied with this software. They only need to check their english grammar. There are some pitfalls in the app as well in the docs. [alert admin]

Forms To Go 3.0.4 (Mac OS X)
This product gets the job done, very flexible: it's my swiss army knife. So far I haven't had any trouble. I get paid for what it cost 20x times now. Works great on Mac. [alert admin]
