VueScan 8.5.29 (Mac OS X)
The latest version does work with Snow Leopard and Ed Hamrick has been very helpful in determining why earlier versions had some problems. A tip - try deleting the vuescan.ini file which you can find at .../Users/yourname/Library/Preferences/vuescan.ini and ensure you are not running it in Rosetta. I think this product is truly excellent and Ed Hamrick is really helpful and keen to ensure his customers are happy. [alert admin]

Failed to load - just sat there with a bar graph showing about 85% and the word 'Live". A waste of bandwidth... [alert admin]

Preview <i>does</i> exist - read the documentation! This is a tremendous application and the developer is responsive to suggestions.
