DVDpedia 4.1.3 (Mac OS X)
It's a great application. I'm using it over a year and it worths every penny. User Interface and usability are as a great mac-product should be. I got to mention that it is insanely easy to create a custom CSV export for my web-based movie database and much more. Few days ago I got a message that I reached the maximum machines installed (I got 3 macs) and purchased a new license right away. After that I asked support details about licensing without complaining about buying a new license. They got back to me with answers, expanding my old SN for more machines and refund my money back because as they said "there was no need for me to buy a new license". Over all, I believe that DVDPedia gives a total mac-experience program. [alert admin]

I don't understand why everybody is criticizing about Proteus updates. I use updates for centuries and never had a problem. I tried Audium etc but i like Proteus the most. I hate when there are numerous and meaningless updates for apps. Proteus is always my choice and never liked other apps (maybe only for the look). The only issue was "joining" conversations with multiple persons but I was ok. I hope these guys continue updating whenever they really have something to offer and not just to "remind" us that they are "alive". [alert admin]

SubSync 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Does exactly what it is supposed to do even the title is a little bit confusing. I guess it should be Subtitles Renamer or Avi-Sub UniName or something... Anyway, nice script but needs a little bit work to become a great tool: - Choises of what to do on 1 avi with 2 or more subs - Passthrough folders with no subs or no avis at all and stuff like that. And now, what? 2 names for one product hoping that someone will notice? The Developers, found our nice community (mac and versiontracker too) and abuse it trying posting twice the same app but with 2 different names and a GUI that underestimates our aesthetics... Keep out everybody! [alert admin]

I got a "free" skype phone with my adsl line (here in Greece) and found out that almost every vendor (if you check it out you'll find that there are not any really brands but renames of a couple of Asian manifactures) gives "Mac Support" via SkypeMate (http://www.nexotek.com/media_assets/software_downloads/SkypeMate_mac.zip) But for me... it's a total waste of time or even a total crap... it opens, skype asks you if you want to let this app…
