msnbc.com NewsSkimmer screensaver 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Giggle, He wrote MSNBC and News in the same sentence.
I mean, MSNBC? If we really wanted to hear what they had to say, we could go to Rosie's site and read one of her news haiku's, they go like: Bush is bad. Fire doesn't melt steel. Cheney is evil. I feel like I have been filled in on everything MSNBC needs me to know. All in one tiny chunk. [alert admin]

The only thing stopping me from using this is...
It is from the makers of acquisition. Anyone who has been in the mac scene, knows what I am talking about. [alert admin]

Shoo Apps 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I opened the downloaded zip and within 5 minutes of using this little gem had registered it. In fact, I would have registered at twice the price, it makes using the mac less cluttered. Kudos to Pariahware for thinking this one up, 3 thumbs up (And I only have two hands!) [alert admin]

I have used Tangelo for a while now and have had nothing but a good experience from it. The level of support that is provided by Mr. Rhine is absolutely amazing, problems are handled as if I were a very large company. (Though none of those problems were show stoppers for me). The software does exactly what it is supposed to do, the only suprises are positives, how easy it is to use, the cleaness of the display, the purity of the end product. Six thumbs up for this efficent, pretty piece of software. [alert admin]

I have been using REALbasic for more than a year now and the latest iterations have been fantastic. I have gotten projects finished quickly and with minimal fuss. Highly recommended for both professional programmers and newbies looking for true multi-platform interoperability. Two thumbs up! [alert admin]

Jer's Novel Writer 0.6.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I am a life long Word user, I write creatively for a living, and my tool belt woudl feel naked without Word in it. I ahve been using Jer's Novel Writer for a little while now and I feel like the overboard sailor, clinging to a floating palm tree, happening upon an island with a secret store of rum, and naked dancing girls to crack the bottles open for me. It is good stuff. It takes a bit to get over your pre-concieved notions of what is supposed to happen in the writing process, but once you get over that, it is unicorns and fuzzy bunnies bounding over your writing area. Seriously. [alert admin]

PictureSnooperPE 1.1b (Mac OS X)
there are many programs that do this same function, for free. $45.00 it better siphon every bit of porn to my hard drive and provide other services. [alert admin]

I do believe that a program that actually depicts fireworks has legal precedence over a program that does not, at least to use the generic word Fireworks.
