Even though the demo may show thumbnails of your lost or damaged images and inform you if you pay for the full version they can be recovered, you will not necessarily be able to recover the full images. It's also priced about 50% higher than other photo rescue software that offers a money back guarantee. If you contact tech support they may waste hours of your time beta testing new versions. WORST EVER TECH SUPPORT, UNRELIABLE & OVERPRICED

These guys wasted many many hours of my time FTP uploading my files to their server After having me upload everything (about 488MB) via ftp they informed me they had "successfully recovered the images". I downloaded the zip only to find it's no different from what I have provided them with. Beware of incompetent tech support who don't bother to check procedure before getting users jump thru their hoops as unpaid beta testers. This was the worst tech support experience I've had in my life. Following info is from transcripts I made from my Skype chat with them: "We would like to inform you that we have tested each and every file at our end and all of them are opening fine. If the files would have been corrupted we would have never given it to you". A few days later they then said: "We checked your files by each and every possible means. We have told you that the thumbnails are intact only that is why they are recovered. Your images are corrupted". By they way, it's priced about 50% higher than other photo rescue software that offers a money back guarantee. [alert admin]
