Leopard Cache Cleaner 4.0.15 (Mac OS X)
I've tried most app's like this and this one made the most noticeable positive difference to my mac. So much so I actually bought it (rare for me). The only thing I would request is that the downloads be labelled more clearly with full name and version number in their title. [alert admin]

The Tube 2.6 (Mac OS X)
Ouch - Sounds as bad as Mediacentral
Blimey, this product sounds as bad as MediaCentral. I tried that a while ago and it actually managed to wipe all the files from my Home folder (and I wasn't the only one it happened to). Can you believe that? From a simple FrontRow-like application. I would advise everyone to steer well clear of anything from this company - slick web site, but rubbish and even harmful products. eBaytoiCal 2.0 (Mac OS X)
Works with ebay Australia. The only comment I have is I don't think it's necessary to have the ebay category and time/date in the title of the iCal item. [alert admin]

LaCie Update Tool 1.4.2 (Mac OS X)
Drive won't eject from desktop
After applying this firmware update the drive won't dismount from the desktop when I trash it. I've run Disk Utility and a couple of third party apps (i.e. TechTool) to check the drive for errors and it's ok. [alert admin]

Born Again Christian News Widget 1.1 (Mac OS X)
'He's coming' 'Any day now' 'Only a matter of time now' There hasn't been any news for 2000 odd years has there? Certainly not that requires a widget, but then I'm a non-religious heathen so what would I know :-) Sorry, couldn't resist that. Hey, if you can't laugh at yourself... [alert admin]

Logitech Control Center 2.1.3 (Mac OS X)
Using this with an MX Laser mouse (model M-RAG97) and cordless keyboard (model Y-RJ20) and 10.4.8. Can't open the preference panel (freezes Sysytem Prefs). Mouse sometimes looses it's ability to click upon PowerBook wake up (have to pull out the usb cable and put it in again). Keyboard has lost its configuration and now I can't get in to fix it. When I tried this a year or two ago it deleted everything in my home folder (and another person's). Must be some very clumsy software writers there.

Interesting. I just found this comment supposedly made by me, but it wasn't. Forged user comments on Versiontracker.
