excellent support excellent program 
I can not speak highly enough about the support of the developer of this program. I have had need of assistance a couple of times - it has been there within the same day! Once within minutes! I need a special patch because of the region I work in. I contacted the developer who happened to be right a the computer and within 10 mins an email arrived with the patch and of course it worked perfectly. As for the program itself - I simply can not now function with out it! [alert admin]
