I agree with the previous review - it is absolutely fantastic value for money. Although I run a business and use the Platinum edition (both Mac and Windows) on a daily basis, I also work with some schools where they have NovaMind and the students love it. I would disagree that it is a Windows style interface - it is very much like the iLife etc apps from Apple. I have never seen anything remotely resembling this on Windows. It has amazing capabilities, great support, frequent updates, and the price is an absolute bargain. [alert admin]

NovaMind 4 Platinum 4.1.0 (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
As for my review of the Mac version, I really like the Windows version. I use NovaMind almost every work day and have found NovaMind to be the best out there for my needs. The mind maps are beautiful and easy to work with. The makers of NovaMind have put in the effort to create a truly Mac experience on the Mac and a truly Windows experience with the standard ribbon bar etc on Windows. Very nice. There are some things that I think are slightly better on the windows version and some I think are slightly better on mac, but they are both excellent. Their support has always been excellent, and I really appreciate their obvious desire to continue improving the software. Be aware that if you are working on XP, you will have to download the (free) Microsoft .Net framework if you haven't already got it installed. Not too big of an issue, but I think you need administrative rights to install it. If you are running on Vista, the .Net framework is already installed. [alert admin]

NovaMind 4 Platinum 4.2.0 (Mac OS X)
This is by far the best mind mapping software for the mac - love the new features with the reflections and glassy look branches. I'm also using the windows version (which you can do with the same license key), and that's excellent too. Definitely gets my highest recommendation both on the output, usability and support.
