Sadly, there is no way to purchase this product for $49.99 on their website. You must purchase the $99 Organizer package, which, for me, contains 2 other apps that I would never use. I've contacted the developer twice using their feedback form asking how one can purchase just Print Essentials [as the Organizer page states that all apps included in the package can be purchased separately, when in fact only their Notes app can be]. They have a similar product called Labels & Envelopes, but it doesn't do invoices or fax cover sheets. However, it is $10 cheaper, and also includes a LOT more fonts and clip art than Print Essentials does. I also asked about this in the same message, and it has gone unanswered. It is sad that when a potential customer wants more info or to know how to buy something, they are left in the dark. This does not bode well for the company. [alert admin]

Fluffy's Log 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Seems like a cool program, but the DMG file won't mount on my MacBook Pro. Unrecognized format, the error states. Tried downloading direct from the developer's site and same thing [the feedback link on the dev's site is a mailto: and my e.mail client is currently running on a different computer, so i couldn't leave direct feedback]. Also, just FYI, but there's a backslash in front of the single quote in the title of the app, as listed on versiontracker. /vjl/ [alert admin]

PhotoBooth 1.7.3 (Mac OS X)
PhotoBooth no longer available on dev's site
FYI, while you can still download PhotoBooth, it is no longer available on the developer's site, nor is there a way to purchase it [the purchase software page no longer allows you to buy this title]. Perhaps iPhoto 7 now has this built in, and Dan knows this? :) I've e.mailed him to find out if it would return...I hope so, though I hope the price is a bit less - $20 would be nice. :) /vjl/ [alert admin]

SMS 3.4 (Mac OS X)
A very useful widget that doesn't cost money! The new feature to use e.mail address as the return SMS source is great, as my phone doesn't work at home [the mountains prevent me getting a good GSM signal]. So when I'm home, I can change the SMS widget to be from my e.mail address, and people they reply to there. Very handy! Great work! [alert admin]

MacTheRipper 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I've been using this app for a long time, and it works great! The interface has been streamlined, and it seems even quicker now. Works great with a 4x SuperDrive too! [alert admin]

Great tool - i love the mini-calendar pull down, the options to display the date in so many ways. About the only additional item I can think of would be a bit big, but it would be cool to somehow add a world time functionality to the program [eg: the mini-calendar's pull down menu could list out times in different parts of the world]. A friend just showed me iClock which has this, but it lacks the mini-calendar [i really like the mini-calendar!]. I am not sure how you could make the UI use both functions well, though. Anyway, great little tool - good job! /vjl/ [alert admin]

I agree 100%. The developer is a very one-way person. He posts blogs, though most have comments closed. When they are open, he does not reply. E.mailing him bug reports is hopeless as I never hear back. It took 5 attempts to get a reply about a purchasing error that happened when I bought Xtorrent in the summer. I will not purchase anything more from this developer, nor recommend any products he makes. The fact…

There is a preference to open links in an external browser. You don't have to use Vienna's built in browser if you don't want to. Just FYI.

I've been able to use my VX-8700 with Verizon and Mac OS X 10.4.9 no problem via BlueTooth. You can set it up so that you can transfer sounds, videos, and photos to the main memory or memory card via Bluetooth. Also, using OS X's Addressbook, you can send each entry to the phone. Note that sending a bunch of entries at one time is not supported by the phone. There is no true sync…

You can have multiple lines, but it takes some work. When in the entry mode, go to the entry menu item and click the item labeled, "New Time Point". It will then add a blank line which you must click to via the mouse [can't use the enter key or arrow keys] and then you'll have another line of text. You can add many new time points in one journal entry. Too bad they don't…

If you paid for the other program, you get this one free. :) Just use the same registration code you did for the old program for this one, and it will work. An e.mail was sent out to all registered owners of the old program telling us of this feature with Netflix Freak. /vjl/
