MovieConverter 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Tried it to convert a movie from PAL to NTSC, but it simply stops with an error message. Useless. MovieGate is great thought. [alert admin]

iRipDVD 1.0b4 (Mac OS X)
Very easy to use. Simple and efective. However, I'm still missing XVid enconding. I'm pretty sure that the quality is superior (just look and see). Also, it claims to be Divx 5 compatible but when I open the encoded movie on quicktime player it says that the file is Divx 4. Maybe if it was 5 the quality would be higher. [alert admin]
