VersionTracker Pro 3.5.2.158 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
You only get what you put into it!
I have read the comments and would like to respond to them here. Version Tracker Pro is an excellent program and the support staff does their job very well. The problem that a lot of users find is that their particular software isn't correctly listed. Since it's impossible for the VT staff to know every piece of software out there - it's the user's responsibility to let the staff know about this. I have several "rare" programs and have found that the VT staff is quite willing to add them to the database as long as I provide the information necessary to help them update the database. Finally, this is not "hold your hand" software - it requires user involvement to work properly. [alert admin]

MailWasher Pro 4.1.9 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
A great program for checking multiple email accounts. The paid version supports multiple Hotmail accounts (it remains to be seen how it will work when Hotmail stops free access). Works well with YahooPops and Hotmail Popper. [alert admin]

VoptXP 7.22 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Great program - if it wasn't for the removal of startup items when the trial version expires - this would rate all excellents! [alert admin]

VoptXP 7.22 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
I really do love this program - it's easy to use and the defrag routines run very quickly. BUT...When installing the trial edition it will modify your StartUps (so that it can work uninterrupted by them). Once the trial period ends it didn't restore the startups on my system. I communicated with them and this is a known issue - they will provide a fix for this if you contact them (I restored my startups on my own). [alert admin]
