Awaken 4.0.20 (Mac OS X)

Awaken does not work on my os 10.4.12. The application when set to alarm requests where itunes is all the time. Nothing I do changes this. So it has no working alarm function. I have been the developers site and followed the suggestions to no avail. It does not work. Very unreliable for an alarm. [alert admin]
