Flock 1.0.9 (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

Not only did I get the wrong download, but the system stated that I don't have Flock: which I do?? This Version Tracker has yet to pay for itself, and I paid too much for the little it does??!!

Can not download

For some reason or another this file refuses to be downloaded to my system. My Dell 2600 is not antiquated, so I don't understand why it won't download. I have tried several times and it just won't?? can you help?? [alert admin]
