Big Medium 2.0 (Mac OS X)
I've been using BM2 in production since the early beta stages. It's rock solid, endlessly customizable, plug-in-able... Support is amazing, and I have yet to see a developer more responsive. iPodTrans 0.5 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Recovered 8685 songs of a (PC formatted) 60gig iPod after his external Maxtor blew (no backups, he's a Windozer). This software made someone's day. Or is it month? Feature requests: a progress bar, and indication of how many songs selected. [alert admin]

Developer has released 5.3 wich adds a bunch of features (drag 'n drop file upload from browser, webdav support,...) 5.3.1 added WebDav support for the Windoze Explorer 5.3.2 ads Mac OS X 10.5 compatibility. Hands up for the deloper releasing for being ready for Lepoard before shipping date. This product is just being actively developed and supported. This is a rock solid file transfer solution. Lack of demo and REQUIRED FREE ADVERTISING sucks
BM 2 (currently out of beta and in rc1) drops this requirement. BM2 is a truly amazing product, that saves me countles hours. ROI? How about a week or so.
