Apple Security Update 2008-008 (Mac OS X)
Apps not starting / crashing after installing latest security update
After installing the latest security update, several apple apps decided to crash at starting them up (Mail, Addressbook, Printer utility etc. etc.). You can solve this problem by 1. create a new admin user (e.g. Second admin) check the box where u can administer the computer. 2. Download the OS X 10.4.11 update, place it in the Apps folder (don't place it in a user specific folder, your'e going need it!) 3. Restart and log in as Second admin. 4. Repair permissions 5. reinstall the OS X 10.4.11 Updatepackage 6. restart and log in with your usal login name / Password Then everything should work again as usual. hope this helps Cheerio [alert admin]

PDFtoHTML 0.1b (Mac OS X)
If it would work, it might be a cool app. However it just creates an empty folder on your desktop, this can be achieved by using the command 'new folder' in an far easier way .... too bad... [alert admin]

Works like a windows application
Absolutley inspired by M$: Do this, do that, do so and so and, as expected, it doesn't work (just like Windoze). OK, it's beta, so it's prone to not working properly. They really have to pull their fingers out where the sun don't shine. 35$? forget it. Looks like JUNKWARE, feels like JUNKWARE, must be JUNKWARE. I'm really pissed off [alert admin]
