Nice interface, easy to use, good documentation, gets the job done. Program provides easy set up for printing, web, and iPhone applications. However you can achieve similar results with the paid version of Adobe Acrobat. Just go to "save as", select "Adobe PDF Files, Optimized" and select "Settings". You will see options for the sampling, compression method, pixels per inch, and quality. Thus this software is useful only if you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Pro. [alert admin]

StuffIt Expander 12.0.2 (Mac OS X)
Works fine, so no complaints from me. [alert admin]

iFill 1.13 (Mac OS X)
If you go to the iFill website: http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/ifill you will see the following message: "iFill has been discontinued and is not supported for iTunes 7.4.1 or later." Attempting to use iFill with iTunes 7.6, for example, give the following error message: "iPod database format unknown." Thus, no one should be purchasing this software. It is necessary to set an iTunes preference setting to use iFill, but this setting does not exist in current versions of iTunes. [alert admin]
