ClickToFlash 1.5.2 (Mac OS X)
clicktoflash is one of those things that mac flash on the mac tolerable - because you can block it all! it's simple to use, simple to install even for complete noobs, and it does what it says. highly recommended and a 'must have' for anybody who spends any time on the web. can't rate support/documentation because i've needed either. WeatherCal 1.0 (Mac OS X)
i like it! wish i could configure it more...
i've only used it for about five minutes, since it just got released, but so far i think it's a neat idea. the only problem i personally have, is that i haven't figured out how to change the temperatures from Fahrenheit to Celsius and there is no mention of it yet at barebones website. gSync 1.4.0 (Mac OS X)
after using gsync for a few month with various results, i discovered today that the software has been abandoned. The website is gone and what's worse: after trying to sync my calendars, gsync uploaded all of its junk data to google, leaving me with 127 calendars. luckily i had made a back-up just before sync (good practice with any sync software) and switched to busysync 5 minutes later. i can't say i was terribly surprised - gsync was sold as 'there-may-not-ever-be-a-final-version software', but i think it would have been nice to get a warning to all those that paid for it... i've had no issues with this after the 10.5.5 udate and in my experience the developer has been on top of system updates, usually within a week or so.
