Laughing Man 0.1 (Mac OS X)
It would've been nice to have a program that checks certain pages within certain intervals (gmail.com signup, for example) but the app crashes after two bounces. It is v0.1, here's hoping it'll mature into a very useful dock addition.
Oh, as we say in Canada, all your tits are belong to us! Just because you cannot find a use for the app does not mean the app is useless. [alert admin]

LED Spectrum Analyser 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I've been waiting for something like this for quite a while. It is simple to use and configure, and pure nostalgic! The only problem I have is the maxed-out CPU usage, something I don't like in this TiBook 867 with dual fans and their constant humming. [alert admin]

Nice and fast program, excellent user support via e-mail. Non-US users should select US as the region for ofoto.com upload. I was pulling out my hair when it occured to me to change the region setting from Canada to US, and ta da! the "Share Online" tab showed up, and I was able to upload to my ofoto account. Highly recommended app, thanks Kodak! [alert admin]

Timed Screenshot 1.0 (Mac OS X)
1. To capture a webcam or a live event. 2. to prepare a presentation 3. to capture the screen for troubleshooting (e.g. changing colours, flashing pixels, etc). these are from the top of my head. [alert admin]

SideTrack 0.7 (Mac OS X)
Anyone using a PowerBook or iBook owes it to himself/herself to try this and the other gem from RagingMenace, called "MenuMeters". This is a fantastic hack, works as designed, and you cannot beat the price. Thank you Mr.Harper, for giving away high quality stuff you actually built for your own use. [alert admin]

Opera 6.02 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Bye Opera, for playing with Mac users, for dealing with Microsoft, for a sucky browser and everything else. [alert admin]

MacPasser 1.4.2 (Mac OS 9)
encryption? No way, this is just a piece of crapware then, no need to download. Simple, effective. Best: You can see the passwords, instead of dots or stars. Freeware. Middle: relatively high RAM requirement. (read 'relatively' before flaming, people) Worst: icons :) Just what I needed. Thanks Kim. [alert admin]

Plain and simple. However, when all's configured, I can send an e-mail, the message is copied to Sent Items, but the recipient never gets the message...How can I check whether my ISP is blocking Port 25? Thanks.
