MacJournal 3.0.1 (Mac OS X)

Minor complaint

My only complaint so far with the post-freeware version is, the version checking sends you to the "please fill out the form" page on Mariner. Hey, you got my money and my email; give me the update sans hassle, mmmmkay? [alert admin]

Fugu 1.1.1rc1 (Mac OS X)

TextMate support?

I have textmate in the list, but it's greyed out. Anyone know what the magic is to enable it? [alert admin]

Inquisitor 0.66 (Mac OS X)

Dies for me, as well.

It started, and some searches ran OK. Then when I tried to open the results, it crashed. Oddly even after I saw the "send a crash report to Apple" dialog the window remained on-screen and in-dock until I force-quit it. After this it refused to launch at all. [alert admin]

LSQL 2.5.5 (Mac OS X)

seems to be dead

No longer connects for me. Spinning beachball of death, application not responding. [alert admin]

True, it is a good development for Mac OS X,

The thought of doing large-scale data warehousing in Openbase makes me laugh.

OnyX cause of kernel panics?

the Pax file and bom file in the distro archive have no kext, the string 'kext' doesn't show up anywhere, running 'strings' on the binary doesn't show anything interesting. If it does something to a kext as the poster implies, it's extremely well hidden. (I should note that it *does* remove kext caches and stuff, but that's pretty obvious, and it's seemingly handled by the Onyx.scpt in the app package.)

Humm

The scripting dictionary for v.X is incapable of the sync; just doesn't have the mojo baked in, like the newer version does. There's a buncha posts on this, if you're willing to search (try Google Groups)
