WinFSCleanser 2.3 (Mac OS X)
You're right. My concept of what donationware is was incorrect (I checked the almighty wikipedia). And I have submitted the description change. Please note though that the serial numbers are automatically generated NO MATTER HOW MUCH IS SENT when I receive a donation, so you can donate as little as one cent to receive a serial. However, Paypal charges me for transactions so unless you donate more than $0.30 I get nothing. The features then enabled (which are completely unnecessary for functionality) are just my way of saying thank you to users who care! Enjoy. [alert admin]

Keynote Theme Grabber 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Easy to use and definitely needed. Some of the themes in Keynote need a little colour adjustment... this app is perfect for that. Thanks for making it... [alert admin]

TiVo Desktop 1.9 (Mac OS X)
Unsupported AAC Playback via Transcoding
Actually, thanks to the tivo forum thread about version 1.9, a user describes that you can use Lame to transcode unprotected AAC files. This doesn't get you iTunes Music Store AAC playback, but if you've ripped many other CDs in AAC (like I have), you'll be quite happy about this. Here's the link: http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?p=2608116&&#post2608116 The basic idea is: 1. Install the lame command line program in /usr/local/bin/lame (or do "fink install lame", then "ln -s /sw/bin/lame /usr/local/bin/lame") 2. Stop and re-start TiVo Desktop via the Preference Pane 3. Enjoy [alert admin]

Proteus 4.10 (Mac OS X)
It just gets better and better....
Every time Proteus gets updated, one or more things change for the better. And that's what makes Proteus such a great app. The developers are working 150% (yes, that is a mathematic and social no-no) on Proteus and with every update, they are improving it more and more. After the 'initiation' of getting used with the code and other stuff, I think we will see some pretty amazing things! [alert admin]

Master of my Domain 1.1 (Mac OS X)
This program helps me every day! I've had no problems with it, and when I emailed support with a question they were prompt and helpful. Definitely check this out! I run a hosting company and this program saves me hundreds of hours a month - I love the organization! Excellent idea and great interface. [alert admin]

This is soooo weird. I am getting spam in my e-mail box again since 2 days ago. Up till then Entourage filtered every junk e-mailmessage perfectly, and now it didn't work that good anymore for 2 days and POOF, a new update! I'm beginning to appreciate Microsoft! It filters great now! Spam be gone! [alert admin]

TimeNet 2.8.7 (Mac OS X)
I wouldn't trade this program in for any other I use on a daily basis. It has saved me hundreds on taxes with the mileage tracker, clients are paying quicker and easier than ever before. The overdue invoice feature is key. I love how simple the interface is for adding items, the built-in timer, and the manager. Client reports show me how much I've made with each client, and I can see charts that break it all down. I cannot stress enough how important a time and billing program is to have for your business, and out of all of them, you NEED this program more than any others. The developers are extremely friendly and the support is second to none. I've been using this program for months, and only had one small problem. It was resolved in a friendly and professional way within 1 hour, when the developers gave me a new version to fix the bug! Get TimeNet NOW! [alert admin]

Proteus 4.08 (Mac OS X)
Proteus is back... and here to stay!
Well, it seems like much of the hard work by the new Proteus team has paid off. Proteus is a steady application again, besides a few bugs that will be trimmed out really soon as I read on the forums (which are excellent and full op Proteus addicts who know just what to do when you can't figure it out yourself). The step from 4.07 to 4.08 is a major one, although the version number change itself seems quite significant.
I want to thank Foad and his team of developers for fixing up Proteus and making it run the way it does, perfection. [alert admin]

Blame it on my little brother. I asked him to make the sample doc.

You can always drag windows across to the other screen. Also, full screen mode is already in v0.9.2b

ToferGregg, Thanks for the comments. I'd just like to address them. >>Your windows don't obey OS X rules -- right now I'm typing this but the Selection and Score windows are hovering above Safari... fixed in v0.9.2b >>What about a time limit for hitting the button? look on the bottom of the main board ("Freeopardy") window >>Having three players is great, but what if two people want to play? Or four? 1-3 players can play. just don't hit the ring in buttons…

Just because you prefer another program is no reason to skew another program's ratings. From what I can see it's not 'junk' at all, it's just not your cup of tea. Please consider what ratings are for before you post.
