great editing ideas. let's what's been fixed. the scalable scroll is very valuable along with tabbing in and outs. you can't get that accurate with quicktime. this program isn't a conventional editor. you need to give it a chance. [alert admin]

the controller CAN be hid. this along with mplayer are my main movie players. I mainly use mplayer to play movies not quicktime compatible. I have them both set up up with the remote I got with the Alchemy Dvr card. so my computer is like a souped tv. [alert admin]

this thing is one of the few that was able to work with Tivo files unlocked with graphedit. it is a little faster than ff. with my system the conversion of these weird tivo mpeg files to dv is a little faster than realtime. I couldn't get the earlier versions to work at all for anything. [alert admin]

the the movie controller should hide itself when there's no mouse movement. VLC's movie scroller is too lame and VLC doesn't show chapters [alert admin]

the window is resizeable and the program is a good idea especially for editing the mpegs. you can't edit mpeg1/2 with qt pro. the lower right corner of the screen is where you resize it. I like the idea of the frames pane window. I'd like to see how far this thing goes. Keep developing this program. [alert admin]

how many dollars is 149 euros? demo is very limited. but through trial and error I finally was able to accomplish a small project you can't save in the demo so you gotta be real patient because it is not very crash-proof I think it is a little more of an elegant solution than Movieworks but I'm afraid ยข149 might be pushing $200 [alert admin]

400 mbs? Is this a typo? If that is 400 megabits per second that translates to 50 megabytes per second which means you could download a 4 gigobyte (4096 megabytes) in 82 seconds or one minute and 22 seconds. It took my machine (G5 2 ghz dual processor with stock 120 gig drive) 2 minutes and 25 seconds to transfer 4 gigs to my external firewire 7200 rms drive that sits on top of my…

needs more work. needs a batch mode like QTBatchExporter. the resulting audio still needs to be rendered for use in Final Cut Express.
