After cecking versions your site download was for the AVS4YOU download which was incorrect - This must be activated as a different program as a new purchase, whwereas AVS tools has a seperate update file system [alert admin]

I followed your advice and ran the program for the newer version only to find I have now lost V 4 and must pay for v 5 - not a ggod start! How do I get back my old version? (I have asked Tunebite the same question) [alert admin]
