I've just installed the latest update for the PS3 (2.2?) and all works well with MediaLink. This program was easily recognized by the PS3 and steaming photos of last Christmas to our HD TV was great! It turns the PS3 into a media center for we Mac folks... [alert admin]

VidFreaker 1.2 (Mac OS X)
This screen saver is interesting but has a problem with two monitors. Everthing "happens" on my secondary monitor (which is to the right of the main screen) and is often off. The main screen shows very little activity. [alert admin]

Absolute Backgammon 5.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
This is a wonderful implementation of classic Backgammon. With a good AI computer player you can spend way too much time playing this addictive game. And I have found the author to be speedy in his replys to any questions I've had. [alert admin]

IceClean 2.2 (Mac OS X)
This program works well and is free. Yes, there are other programs out there that do much of the same things. It comes down to personal preference. I don't know why it's only getting two stars..... [alert admin]

I've had no problems but did keep a back up of the old software after hearing of problems. The pip only works when watching a previously recorded program and then viewing live TV. There are not two tuner's in my EYE 200. No sound problems so far..... [alert admin]

Alien Skin BlowUp 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I have used several of these programs and while there is no way to really create pixels that haven't been captured (if using a photo), this program works very well. It improves greatly on Genuine Fractals which I also own. I purchased it immediately after seeing the difference. [alert admin]

Corel Painter 9.5 (Mac OS X)
I also got the message error 11500;2,-14. In the preiview column in now says I have Painter 9 where it used to say 9.1. If I do a get Info, it says I have 9.5.324. The installer quits with about 18 items yet to install. The program will launch. I have no idea how stable this will be. Oh Corel, please get it together...... OS X 10.4.5 dual G5 2.7 with 5Gigs Ram [alert admin]

Skyrocket 1.1 (Mac OS X)
Great Screen Saver and no problems running on a G5. Sound does not work but I wouldn't use it anyway. Works best with "Slow Motion" checked as the camera moves very fast. [alert admin]

Ghost Sphere 1.2.4 (Mac OS X)
I've found this to work exceeding well. Spotlight does NOT find items in hidden folders on my machine (G5 dual 2.7) running OS X 10.4.3. Very automated with files being re-hidden by just quitting the program. [alert admin]

With developers not getting the GM release of Leopard until the last minute, I don't think this is the SuperDuper! folks problem. Always check their site before using a utility on a new operating system.

While not drop and drag, you can just use the "export" command and your adjustments will be retained. There's no need of going into photoshop..

If your getting too many "hits" from Spotlight, don''t use the menu bar's Spotlight. Use the Find command and search by Name. You can also narrow further. Easyfind is great for finding items in places that Spotlight does not index.

I have a new G5 2.7 running 10.4.1 and have had NO problems with this great product. Much better than the built in Junk filter in Mail.

Try using the "Activity Monitor" to "Quit Process" and then trash the application.

The older version is far superior to the new implementation. Will Apple fix this? Lets hope it's taken care of by the time Panther is released.
