...look, the description says it's not for 10.3 or newer but they released a new version just now, suspicious right? Also, there was over a year of silence on this download until recently. My theory is that some update from Apple broke the drivers we were given, no big deal. My AEC-6885M started acting up on my quicksilver with 10.3.9 so I tried the official acard website, no go, BUT their Taiwanese website has the same downloads and an english version, available here: http://www.acard.com.tw/english/home.jsp There I found 1.5.7 which was released for 10.2 and up on the first of January 2006 so there was obviously a problem and they are fixing it. I'm too paranoid for this!  

I know the world of P2P is not as safe as we'd all like, but am I the only one who read article's four and five from the license? Perhaps this is just a case of covering your butt, legally speaking, but this seems like too much for me. RealOne Player 9.0b2 (Mac OS X)

what I'd suggest  

I've never been a fan of real media player, but they seem to really be stalling on a reliable version or even one that compares to the windows version. I cannot recommend this to anyone, the support is bad, the stability is awful, and their desires for profit (try downloading and see what I mean) are atrocious. I'd advise using mplayer found at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mplayerosx/ It plays both real and windows media formated files among others. It's free and works wonders, give it a try before anything else. [alert admin]
