StepMenus 0.3 (Mac OS X)
I had a problem with this getting too involved with LaunchBar. Maybe some way to set preferences would help. For now, I decided to remove it. [alert admin]

Net Tool Box 3.0 (Mac OS X)
Net Tool Box has helped me learn more about my system and how things work by using these tools. I looked back to see when I first acquired it, and found that it was more than a year ago. I was not charged for this version 3 update. [alert admin]

iClip 3.5 (Mac OS X)
Some nice changes, and a built-in Help menu, now. This has become almost like a part of my system. [alert admin]

Apple Security Update 2005-001 (Mac OS X)
The computer seems to be restarting faster now, and some processes seem faster. Could there be any correlation with this security update? I didn't change anything else. [alert admin]

iCab X 2.9.8 (Mac OS X)
Yes, I should have been more explicit, it foiled one of these holes by having it's own Help: protocol. I installed Paranoid Android also. All bases should be covered. Independent thinkers are a blessing. [alert admin]

iCab X 2.9.8 (Mac OS X)
I'm sure glad I was using iCab the last couple of weeks. It has been pointed out that it appears to be immune to these OS X security flaws, because it uses it's own help protocol. A very good reason to support independent thinking and development becomes apparent. [alert admin]

Apple GarageBand 1.1 (Mac OS X)
This is fun stuff. I'm buying loops and am getting addicted to "one of the few sensual pleasures that leaves no guilt."! [alert admin]

DiskWarrior 3.0.2 (Mac OS X)
The directions are easy to follow. The 3.0.1 CD that I had sent to me would not update and after 3 attempts took on a greenish-purple cast to the CD instead of silver. However, I still had the orignial version 3.0 and it updated after cleaning all my caches. [alert admin]

I believe that diversity is disirable. It is as natural as nature itself. With the new Apple hybrid, we now have an X number of possibilities. The old system was beginning to look like a telephone pole in the landscape. Systemically, the genesis of this present system lead, arterially, as well as vestigially, to an ancestry going back to 1984 -and much earlier- if we talk about it's Unix characteristics. I wrote this commentary using iCab, did my online banking today, checked my mail at Yahoo, checked out some news on MSN and downloaded some music. All went very nicely. It's a very solid little worker. Let's all have an Apple, there is enough here for everyone. [alert admin]

HTML-Optimizer Pro 3.0.3 (Mac OS X)
I have used this little application off and on for more than a year. I find myself going to it more and more. I use it on my sites folder. It's easy and quick and seems to do a very clean job. Nothing complicated here. [alert admin]
