Adobe PageMill 3.0 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
I have used SmartFTP for about a year now, and I love it. But the new nag license is annoying. Now, even if you're a non-profit or personal user, it will randomly pop up the "please buy a liscense" dialog, which isn't some small popup, it overtakes the app screen, which is a pain. I've moved to just ftp'ing through 'my network places' in Windows now. It's such a great program, but their urge to make cash off of something in such an annoying way makes me want to suggest people avoid it. [alert admin]

I can't stop laughing about this thing. It's not that useful, yet somehow it pulls up 5 star ratings. Oh please. [alert admin]

Eudora 5.2b9 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
stop bundling all the plugins with Eudora ? It's a good, inexpensive mail client, but I got annoyed by all the extra plugins. [alert admin]

Opera 5.12 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
browser, but for some reason, you can't login to Yahoo! Mail with it and some other web sites. You have to completely log out of the site, then log back in again and it works. But this is a pain since Yahoo!, for ex., automatically requests your password every 8 hours or so, and so you have to do the log out/log in trick to get back in. Also, it would be nice if Opera and other plugins worked well together (such as Yahoo!, Hotwired, and Google's add on toolbars). Equally annoying is its lack of support for the protocols needed for users to login to Outlook Web Access, which I use to access my office email from home. I'm not sure if this is a MSFT problem, or opera's, but I know netscape 4.7x could login just fine, so maybe opera could find a workaround [alert admin]

me, I've never had any problems with it, though I think the skinning is stupid. [alert admin]

Jot 1.0 (Palm OS)
up my text entry by about 300%. Too bad it's so huge (100+k), guess it's the Palm way of saying "get more memory" [alert admin]

as my PIM for my Palm, and it has views that are very similar to this. On its own, WhatzUp is a nice product, but I'd rather pay $10 more for actionnames and get a ton of more features. [alert admin]

come with every Palm. Whenever a friend gets a palm and asks me to put some cool apps on it, Diddlebug is the first one they get. [alert admin]
