Intego Personal Backup X4 10.4.2 (Mac OS X)

Personal Backup X4... upgrade price is a joke

Didn't yet try this new version. But Intego ask 42 euros for the upgrade (a full licence cost 72 euros). More than half price for people who bought and register version X3. Very bad, All the more so that X4 adds a widget, a menu and few other functionalities which does not justify a so high upgrade price. [alert admin]

Letter Star 1.6.0 (Mac OS X)

Buggy, need upgrade

Well I enjoy it but it has a few bugs and moreover the developper didn't upgrade it since more than a year. He spent more time with MenuCalendarClock... probably more profitable! Now, with Tiger, there are even more bugs (that's I insert an address and it prints with another). I'm looking forward to see an update coming out. Specially now tht all my letters are in Letter Star proprietary format. And this soft is nothing but cheap! [alert admin]

Impossible to get the soft after payment

Ugraded through Paypal, payment accepted but impossible to login to your download page. Getting Account locked or user unknown (svimic@webnpaper.com). I strictly followed your guidelines, entered the original transaction number as requested. What peace me off is that you don't have an email or support anywhere. So now as I paid, I look forward to be able to dl the software !!! Check, correct the problem and inform me when done. [alert admin]

Impossible to get the soft after payment

OK, I finally was able to download Saft for Tiger. Anyway I think you should give, at leat to you registered user, an email address for support or problem, or a web form. This would avoid bad comments and reactions like mine.
