iTunes Publisher 4.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Actually very handy. But I wish I could get it skip un-checked songs. But you can create a playlist to get around that. Also found it doesn't handle tracks that have the album field blank. When outputting by Album It randomly tack blank albums onto other CDs. [alert admin]

DiskCatalogMaker X 3.5.3 (Mac OS X)
Okay I like the fact you can just scan a folder, I'm suprised how many disc catalogers will only let you do a volumn. But like all that other catlaog tools, it lacks the one thing I want, the abillity to catalog comments. Why can't it grab the .ds store file and keep the comment? [alert admin]

I like the fact you can set the font and background color. Optima on a light green screen is excellent for avoiding eye strain. I wish this was a text-editor also, but great for what it does and you can't beat the price. [alert admin]

PodWorks 2.8.3 (Mac OS X)
Took my iPod into the Apple Music store for a battery test. PodWorks found all the 'deleted' songs they put on it for a test, now I have 6 gigs of new songs ;-) Which I of course trashed immediately. I don't want iPods to get the reputation of being only for pirated music. But seriously, great for keeping my work and home computer iTunes libraries synched. Other tools like this work, but they're really slow for some reason. [alert admin]

One solution is to get an iMic. The sound quality is better than the front headphone jack and you can connect it to the other USB jack on your keyboard. Detour works great with it. You also can switch between line-in and headphone right on the iMic. What I'd like to see the abilty to assign sound-in functions.
