PictureDeamon 2.4 (Mac OS X)

.wmf file preview?

Exactly what file formats does this support? I have been looking for an app that will let me preview .wmf files. Will this work? Does anyone know of an app that will work? Thanks. [alert admin]

What happened?

It looks like a little app with nice potential. Where is the maker? [alert admin]

RapidWeaver 2.1.2 (Mac OS X)

Fun little app

This is a great app to get your website started. All the themes I tested out have pretty clean code, and they all look very sharp. I would like to see them come out with a companion app or integrated features that give more html editing assitance. But for what this is meant to be, this does the trick and is a ton of fun to play around with. [alert admin]

!!! FREAKIN' AWESOME !!! .... but . . .

. . . seems to be buggy in 10.3. When I first started playing this game, it worked great and was tons of fun. But would occationally crash. Over time, it has gotten to the point where it constantly crashes and I cannot play it any more. I think it might coinside with me installing drivers for the iShockII. It seemed to happen at about the same time. Did I mention the graphics on this game looks awesome? [alert admin]

HandBrake 0.5.2 (Mac OS X)

Absolutely Amazing!!

It is so easy! You just enter the DVD and hit the 'rip' button. A couple hours later you've got your DVD on your Mac! Perfect companion for MPlayer. I ripped all my 2 yr old daughter's movies so she can watch her movies without having to open the disk tray. My only wish is to be able to rip to Quicktime or have some kind of educational documentation. The default setting work great, but I would love to learn more about what the different settings do. I have been impressed by this program.

Thats funny. My experience with this program is that it has virtually no footprint and can handle as many concurrent torrents as I've ever tried. I have found this to be a very useful and stable program.
