Email Cleaner 2.2 (Mac OS X)
Been using this for a long time in OS9, and am happy to see it in OSX. I have never even used all of it's features, but just removing those nasty <'s and making everything nicely aligned makes this application very worthwhile. If you don't want to be the guy that sends all of those imposible-to-read forwards, 5 seconds with this app is a great courtesy to your recipient [alert admin]

ForwardDelete 1.1.4 (Mac OS 9)
can function-delete on my PowerBook, but Shift-delete is so much more natural. [alert admin]
