Clips 1.3 (Mac OS X)
Similar to the history that plagues ScreenFlow, what was once an intriguing idea with seeming potential has stagnated to the point of silliness. Clips was a one-pump chump. [alert admin]

ScreenFlow 1.5.1 (Mac OS X)
The only mistake the previous commenter made was understating the lousiness of ScreenFlow support. ScreenFlow support, upgrades, etc are all absolutely r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s. I continually get the same error as the previous commenter which goes way beyond the classification of "bug". This so called "error" renders the entire application completely useless! And then to waste what minimal support advice they offer to simply "pass the buck" off on a handful of other applications you might be running is pathetic. During the advent of ScreenFlow, potential was it's most rousing asset. Since then ScreenFlow hasn't made any compelling advancements at all. Add it all up and it's easy to see that ScreenFlow is a total bust. Save your time and money and check out worthy alternatives with better support and less arrogance to think that users are going to overhaul their systems just to be able to run ScreenBlow. On top of the security bs, what's with the nasty-ass alarm clock red theme going on? Time to bring in a user experience expert. Yikes! [alert admin]

Marketplace 1.1 (Mac OS X)
The interface looks nice, but the feature set isn't even close to payment-worthy. In addition to many needed features, it would be nice if ads that you've already read would not be displayed in bold anymore and nor would they appear in the number of found ads total that appears next to each saved search. It feels way too static, as if it were only a window allowing one to look but not interact. I have to say Marketplace has quite a ways to go before being worth a dollar. [alert admin]

Umm… I think you're missing the previous poster's point. It sounds like the user is making a statement by referring to the application as cross-platform instead of just labeling it as a Java app. I believe it is a sort of tongue-in-cheek about how on the whole, in order for an Application to be cross-platform, the application cannot be any better that the greatest common factor would allow; in this case (like most), OS…
