Alien Skin Splat! 1.5 (Mac OS X)
I hope these wonderful people are cranking away on a plugin for Aperature. I'd buy it in a heartbeat. [alert admin]

SizzlingKeys 3.0.5 (Mac OS X)
Being able to instantly fiddle with iTunes without having to open a new window or touch a mouse or trackpad in invaluable. I couldn't live without it. And now I have access to the system volume as well! Great job, folks; keep up the good work! [alert admin]

The features of this program are priceless. As a writer, I use it ever day in conjuction with my word processor of choice (CopyWrite, by Bartas Technologies (another priceless program to any novel writer)). The features I find most appealing are the voice recording, rapid fire, hyper-linking of files (even to files of other programs, and the Word Guide feature is stunning. [alert admin]

Inspiration 8.0a (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
The tech support for Inspiration is fantastic. Their techs got back to me right away with a fix for this problem, which simply entailed dropping to thousands of colors from millions. [alert admin]

Inspiration 8.0a (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
I just installed Inspiration 8.0a. WOW is it fast. I love that the direction arrows now work the same as in the PowerPC version. And now I even have use of two-fingered scrolling. Great! My problem is this. The template symbols that I've used in my files now all have a decidedly yellow cast to them. As do the little boxes at the top of the symbol palette. The symbols that I made myself all have the correct color. Is anyone else having this problem? [alert admin]

RadioSHARK 2.0 (Mac OS X)
I just installed the 2.0 update and everything is working fine. I find the compact interface to be a great help, as it takes up less real-estate on my desktop and still has all the functionality of the 1.0 version. Some skins would be fun, but maybe some young high-school or college coder will make that a weekend project (make mine a retro 1950s style, please). The scheduler has really come into its own. The pop-up custom feature for day(s) of the week is a wonderful feature that I use for several programs. And the record by length feature is brilliant. I wish my VCR did this; I would stop programing shows from 8:55 to 9:05 ((which I did to House this last Monday ack!!) and before you tech-winnies flame me on this I have just one think to say in my defense: children/bedtime/children/bedtime/aaaahhhhhh/IneedtosetupthedangVCR!!). These two features alone show the inovative thinking of this company. I've used a lot of program schedulers over the years and this is just a great set up. Lastly, I know that not many people have really caught on to the Widgets feature of Tiger, but the folks that will really enjoy the little widget that comes with this new version. [alert admin]

I coulnd't live day to day without my iPod and my RadioShark. The software has rough edges, to be sure, but 95 times out of 100 I get my program and with no glitches in sound quality. My only complaint would be that I have had it stop recognizing a playlist. But by using a new playlist I've always got it up and running again right away. If I could suggest something to the coders it would be include an option so I could shedule it to run the first, second, third _______ (insert day of the week here) week any given month. i.e. There is program I like to record that is the first Tuesday of every month. I've just downloaded the latest update and will comment on it in a month or so. [alert admin]

Auto-Reconnect 050618 (Mac OS X)
Hey, Any chance of making this work with NetZero?
I'm really getting tired of NetZero dropping me 5 times a day. A script like this for NetZero would be great! [alert admin]

iPod Access 3.2 (Mac OS X)
I bought this program in order to backup my iPod, as I am about to replace the battery and I thought backing up would be a good idea. My 20 gig, 3rd generation iPod has 1872 songs on it. iPod Access 3.2 locked up itself, iTunes, and my iPod at 122 songs, 245, 365, 1554, and 1635 and 1637. Each recover involved me rebooting my iPod and Force quiting both iTunes and iPod Access. I consider this a very scary process. If you are buying this program solely for backup purposes, you may want to think twice. I have not used the other features of this program, but from the other comments listed here at Version Tracker, it appears to be a solid piece of software. [alert admin]
