Readiris Pro 11.6.4 (Mac OS X)
>>What's new in this version: You have to contact support@irisusa.com for the update.<< That's not new. The updater never worked. [alert admin]

MacPilot 3.1.7 (Mac OS X)
This version throws an "Authorization Tool failed to execute" error when an administrator's password is required for an action (like changing an item's visibility), and that action won't be carried out subsequently. Version 3.1.5 doesn't show that flaw. [alert admin]

Serene Saver 2 HD 2.2.6 (Mac OS X)
Since updating to 10.5.3, the "Serenity On Your Desktop" feature stopped working. Permissions repair, DiskWarrior, DiskUtility, tried all that, no help. [alert admin]

Hear 1.0 (Mac OS X)
After having installed Hear 1.0, EyeTV (newest) will no longer launch - hangs w/ black screen 10 secs or so, then crashes. OSS 3D b7 didn't cause such problems. What a pity. MP 2,66 2007, 8 GB RAM, Tiger 10.4.11. [alert admin]

Toast Titanium 9.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Won't accept naming of Data CD
Another little nuisance - before burning a Data CD, Toast will prompt you TWICE to choose a name, and still end up labeling the CD "My CD" . I haven't tried with DVD's, though. [alert admin]

Toast Titanium 9.0 (Mac OS X)
Toast 9.0.1 won't mount its own .toast images
The app will surely create .toast files but not mount them. They can't even be dragged to the main window. Shame. Mac Pro Quad 2.66, 10.4.11, all updates, no hacks. [alert admin]
