I am updating this app every other day it seems. Mr. Hamrick, is this necessary? Plus it is getting more complicated to update for me. I now have Vuescan-8, and Vuescan-9. I guess I'll just trash -8. What a load of rubbish!

I concur fully with the following: "peterpica How can you get an update to a file that, when downloaded, then expanded and launched, is "unable to find an application to update"? When I ran updates from AI 13.02, it told me there were no new updates available. WOW. Adobe's gone great lengths again to ensure disappointments in its applications. Come on Steve Jobs! Smart Scroll 2.7.5 (Mac OS X)

Get it!

Scrolling using Smart Scroll doesn't seem like a big deal - until you have to revert back to the stone ages without it. Just try it, you WILL like it and buy it. [alert admin]

SmartBackup 2.2 (Mac OS X)

Backup or be sorry.

I use Super Duper, which has just been updated to Leopard. I'm sure this app is also good. Make sure you use SOMETHING. I lost all my data once. It cost me weeks of effort to get back to near where I was before my disk crashed. [alert admin]

SuperDuper! 2.5 (Mac OS X)

Just buy it!

It's the best Mac backup app on the market, with great customer relations from the maker/developer. Time Machine is OK, but you can't boot from it. This latest update to SuperDuper takes about twice as long to backup Leopard as the old one took to backup Tiger because Leopard's files system is slower than Tiger's, according to Dave Nanian. Did he write "the Chronicals Of Nanian"? Crash once - be sorry forever! Try it, you'll love it. [alert admin]
