Myst IV Revelation 1.01 (Mac OS X)
I've tried the fixes listed on this site and have looked for support elsewhere, but I still cannot change the preferences in any sort of way or Myst will crash. After changing the preferences and returning to the main menu, everything will work just fine until I try to mouseover one of the buttons on the book- this causes it to crash. I am up to date and have changed the permissions as was suggested. I am running on a Powerbook G4 with a 1.33 Ghz and 512 MB of memory. Anyone have any suggestions? [alert admin]

Thank you very much, winton! It is too bad that the fourth one in the series isn't as good as the previous ones, especially in the programming and packaging department. Perhaps they need programmers that actually <i>use</i> OS X once in a while ...
