Merriam Webster dictionary and thesaurus 4.0 (Mac OS X)
Obviously Merriam Webster isn't interested in distributing this product. Safari can't download it and Firefox gives a 505 error: access denied. [alert admin]

Flip4Mac WMV 2.2.1.11 (Mac OS X)
Not As Good As Earlier Releases 
Using OSX 10.4.11 I've found that, unlike earlier release versions, Flip4Mac 2.2.1.11 will not preview a movie in the Finder. Windows Media cannot be opened from Finder, but must be opened from within QuickTime or QuickTimePro. While browsing, if you try to open, let alone play a .wmv, Flip4Mac freezes Safari 3.2.1 requiring a forced quit. Files have to be downloaded first. At his stage of development I would have expected better and would gladly switch to a competing product if there were such a beast. I'm downgrading to version 2.2.0.49 which I found to be completely stable and reliable. [alert admin]

Noted 1.0a7 (Mac OS X)
When online, and noted presents you with a dialogue box informing you that there is a newer version available, if you elect to update you are taken to http://noted.finotto.org/ . There you are informed, "If you just updated and expect to see your site here, please also update the files in your main installation directory. (Otherwise note that publish.php cannot be called directly.)" [alert admin]

Noted 1.0a7 (Mac OS X)
Noted can't be used when you're offline
When you launch Noted v1.0a7 offline, you are presented with a dialogue box which reads: "Could not check for an update. There was an error while trying to check for update to Noted. Please, try again in a few minutes." The "OK" button which, presumably, should dismiss this modal dialogue box, does nothing and none of the apps features can be accessed. The only out I've found is a forced quit. [alert admin]

Are you saying that certain letters in existing English fonts display poorly, or is it that the new Greek fonts are problematic?
