transparent and well documented 
The developers website has a solid and clear video guide, which was informative to say the least. it does what it says. good if you have a workstation or laptop. potential concern is accessing sites you have generated a login for, accessing via a remote computer or internet cafe. (most likely outside the scope of the product, but am mindful of this). Definately happy and the product is first class. massive thanks [alert admin]
