PhotoLine 14.02 (Mac OS X)
I'm using this as a replacement for Photshop Elements since the INTEL switch and actually I'm quite pleased by the application. As Photoshop is just out of range for my needs I looked for alternatives and came along Photoline. The only issues are that the interface is not up to the current Mac interface, it's more a mix of OS9 and Windows. This might not be a surprise as the application exists on both Windows and Mac OS X. Some of the Dialogs are somewhat confusing though. It has a lot of power and functionality and a low price tag in relation. There's a 30 day trial period, so you can test it pior investing the money. Like said in the title older versions never managed to communicate with my mac book pro, the new version works fine :) Some minor display glitches maybe caused that the html pages are set up for the internet explorer under windows but as long it works it's okay. [alert admin]

Wouldn't the link "Forgot your login or password?" on the login page be sufficient?? Entering my EMail adress and setting a new password just took a few moments! That's at least how I obtained my update after I've forgot the login for the site...

I'm using it for over two years now, there were slow and buggy versions but in general it's working quite well and fast enough. I started using it on a Power Mac G5 2x2.0 with 3,5GB and now i'm using a MBP 2.0GHz...

Where did you get the update? The latest you get from the site is still 1.2.0.
