The warning signs are all over this. There are other solutions out there that have a support system in place that works. I have been bitten before by developers of shareware (that I have paid $$$ for) who do not reply to technical/support issues. You pays your money and you takes your chances - fortunately, there is VersionTracker. Take the time to read the history on this clown. If you want to pay for software that "features" non-existent support, purchase this product. Caveat Emptor [alert admin]

ChordMate 1.1.4 (Mac OS X)

In search of the lost ChordMate - two thumbs up!  

Hello - I recently found this software by "Google accident" (searching for something completely unrelated). I am just a regular person who like to fool around on an acoustic guitar. I am a professional outdoor educator based in Canada, and I take my MacBookPro with me everywhere I go do to the nature of my business (pardon the pun), and I do a lot of 3-season camping. I get my inspiration to create when surrounded by nature - this software, with all its chord manifestations available at a touch, with sound in several styles and guitar types, is going to smooth the creative process a lot. Oh, and to those who would scoff at taking high technology into the woods, I say each to their own! As I am a hobbyist player, all I need for now was the ChordMate Express. I would not know what to do with the more advanced ChordMate versions. May I say that ChordMate Express does all it is promoted to do, and does it very well. To be completely honest, I must mention that I did have a small installation issue and it was handled swiftly and with concern by "Ilya", who may be the(one of the) creator(s) of ChordMate??
