Nice idea - but it does not work reliably

I downloaded this software onto two machines and then tried to sync a very simple scenario. It did not work. The error messages I received were very generic. The support site is limited and the discussion forum did nothing to improve my impression. This software is obviously not mature. You can go ahead and pay $50 dollars for it but then if you start to count how much time you need to get it to work then you are paying a lot more. This software should not have been released in this state for purchase. [alert admin]
