DVD Cache .975 (Mac OS X)
An unfortunate bug but: If I add an entry, and that entry doesn't have an image (such as adding titles off of IMDB or Amazon with no photos available), the new entry trashes one of the old ones. This has happened multiple times. For example: I added "Azumi" to my collection, and "The Lover" appeared as the cover art. Funny, that was in my library. I check, and sure enough, that title is now gone and the total number of discs is unchanged. I re-add the title (The Lover, which has art available) and it shows up in a new entry and the disc total increases. This bug is specific to 0.975 [alert admin]

Fantastic! As a suggestion, instead of clicking on the photo, one should be able to drag and drop the 'stache from the well onto the photo. This is one great joke program. Thanks for making my day! [alert admin]

DVD Cache 0.5i (Mac OS X)
After entering 40 DVDs (exactly) I can no longer add to the collection. Adding simply does nothing. Otherwise, this application is great! [alert admin]

Connectix Virtual PC 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
on the recent release of VPC6, but 10.2.3 sped up my VPC5 installation considerably. I'm running a QS DP800, VPC5 w/Win2k. Overall response of VPC is quite faster in 10.2.3. So now I wonder if 6 is supposed to be 25% on top of THAT or did I get the speed increase in 5 already? Anyone else running VPC5 on 10.2.3? [alert admin]

guess his base machine is probably a Quicksilver DP800. My machine meets that configuration and scored 100.25 [alert admin]

1-22-2002. So much for *my* free upgrades. The program's great, but when I bought it I was promised upgrades. Either EOL the product, or grandfather older users in. [alert admin]

EndNote 6.0.1 (Mac OS X)
problem is that in order to download the update from ISI's website, the beta user warning/solution is displayed right above the download link. Downloading from Versiontracker just gives the updater executable and no information at all. I would not fault ISI based on a direct link to the updater in Versiontracker. [alert admin]

EndNote 6.0.1 (Mac OS X)
the beta application instead of patching it. ISI does address the issue of what beta testers should do, it's listed on their Jaguar 10.2 update page. The solution is to back up certain files and drag the beta app to the trash. Reinstall Endnote 6 and apply the update. The new version is a bit different than the beta, the fist major difference I noted is that it now starts up properly when Word X starts, rather than a message "CWYW could not be found". Minus 1 star for the clunky "classic" interface. [alert admin]

in WCIII for me as well. Makes the startup kernel panic on my Dual-headed (Nvidia ATI) Quicksilver go from occasional to every single time. I had to drop from 1.1GB to 1 GB RAM to get it to boot. [alert admin]

Never mind, I think I found a buglet. Look up: "Chris Rock Bigger & Blacker" It will appear but there's no picture. You can't add it to the library either. Program may or may not let you add DVDs after attempting to add it.
