Logitech Control Center 2.7 (Mac OS X)
Fixes brightness control issue with diNovo for Mac
I got a diNovo for Mac keyboard a few months ago, and the only thing that didn't work was controlling the brightness of my 2008 iMac. The 2.7 fixes the problem. [alert admin]

Garmin WebUpdater 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
Can't tell if the software works because my nuvi 270 won't mount on three different Macs I've tried. It goes into USB mode, then goes dark. Finally dug my wife's old PC laptop out of the closet and that worked fine...great unit, poor Mac support. [alert admin]

BitTorrent 4.27.1 (Mac OS X)
This version looks to be missing the ability to limit upload bandwidth for each torrent. I use that feature all the time, and would hate to see it vanish. [alert admin]

Transmission 0.6 (Mac OS X)
Maybe I'm missing it, but can you set upload rates for individual torrents? For someone who often has several torrents going at once, being able to say how much outgoing bandwidth is given to each is perhaps the most important thing (I use this in the official client all the time). [alert admin]

BitTorrent 4.4.0 (Mac OS X)
After having no luck with all the 4.3 betas, I downloaded 4.4 with some trepidation. But with my first torrent using this version, I'm pulling around 200k/sec...the speed it back! It still has some bugs, but the only thing that really matters to me is that it connects to torrents and downloads as fast as it can. Would be nice if it let you download individual files from a larger torrent set (as some other clients do). [alert admin]

BitTorrent 4.3.6 (Mac OS X)
I got this one to work, but download speeds are really slow. Switched back to 4.1.2 (same torrent file) and speeds jumped up dramatically. [alert admin]

BitTorrent 4.3.5 (Mac OS X)
It's the been the same with all the of the 4.3 betas...it connects and starts up, but then the download just dies out and nothing gets transferred. [alert admin]

Snow Leopard only does full-screen capture, and you have no control over frame rate and the like. Snapz Pro lets you capture an area, set your frame rate, scale, camera mode, and more. There is still a market for dedicated screen capture apps for those who rely on them.

True, the price might be too much for some users. But keep in mind that .Mac is a yearly subscription...this is an app with a one-time fee.
