I'm aware that installer.app requests root privileges to install in many instances and, in these cases, the alert states that installer.app is requesting that you enter your password (without requesting your administrator name) in order to install. When I looked for the bits of eXo in order to trash them, Spotlight showed a folder as being in iTunes Music Library. After looking around, I found it was actually in my User/Library/iTunes/iTunes Plug-ins. In order to trash eXo - trash this folder, a preference file in User/Library/Preferences and the package in Library/Receipts.
