Mac Cleanse 1.1 (Mac OS X)

My license code is never accepted for mac cleanse no matter how many times you guys renew it, it seems. I always get the "This application could not be licensed using the information provided" screen. I only have my robertgellman@earthlink.net address registered with you guys (I believe).
